Take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach with warm water, at least 40 minutes before meal. 1 capsule per day provides the full effect; increasing the dosage is not necessary. In rare cases, to enhance the effect, a second capsule may be taken no earlier than 40 minutes before the third meal and no later than 7–8 hours before bedtime. Avoid taking it in the evening, as the product has a stimulating effect and may cause insomnia.
